About the Event
All the suffering we face today — environmental crisis, social inequality and injustice, anxiety and depression, violence and apathy — stems from our disconnection from the nature of life, reality, and our own being. We have lost touch with what is most simple and essential within us. We confuse living with producing, well-being with performance, and happiness with distraction. It is no coincidence that we find ourselves in the age of artificial intelligence.
The wealth of being natural is the ease of simply being, without the need to fabricate or conceptualize. It is being completely at home in our own skin, where the mind can rest without seeking attention or validation. According to the Buddha’s teachings, our inability to connect with this natural state is one of the root causes of suffering — causing us to waste entire lifetimes chasing contentment and joy in places that only deepen our distractions.
In this series of sessions, Do Tulku Rinpoche will guide us through the wisdom teachings of the awakened masters of ancient India. The Buddha’s teachings are for everyone, regardless of whether we call ourselves Buddhist or not, for their sole purpose is to free the mind from suffering. Wisdom gives rise only to more wisdom.

Do Tulku Rinpoche
Do Tulku Rinpoche is the resident lama and spiritual guide of Arya Tara’s Net. He was recognized by H.H. Sakya Trichen at the age of 17 as the reincarnation of the 5th Raktrul Rinpoche. His incarnation line goes back to the 1st Raktrul Rinpoche (17th century), a master of the Do Teng Monastery in East Tibet.
After his recognition, he received an eleven-year training in Buddhist philosophy, practice, and debate at the Dzongsar Khyentse Chokyi Lodro Institute in India, from which he graduated with the title of an Acharya (Lopön). Since then, he has been teaching there as well as in Tibetan schools and guided monks’ retreats. Following the instructions of his teacher, he now teaches regularly in Asia and Europe. He himself received teachings, transmissions, and initiations from some of the greatest masters of our time, including H.H. Dalai Lama, H.H. Sakya Trizin, Khenchen Kunga Wangchuk, Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche, Dagchen Rinpoche, Luding Khenchen Rinpoche, and many more.
Do Tulku Rinpoche works as a translator in the 84,000 project and is a lay practitioner. He lives in Germany where he teaches regularly. He is appreciated for his learned, interactive, and often unconventional, humorous way of communicating the Buddhist teachings.
